LearnEra Academy is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to CBSE, CISCE, any State Board of School Education, the Union Public Service Commission, any State Public Service Commission, the National Testing Agency, the Staff Selection Commission, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Indian Banks' Personnel Selection Institute, or any other board, council, commission, department or examining authority named anywhere on this site.

No content on LearnEra Academy is officially approved, verified or recognised by any of these bodies. Tutoring, materials and practice content offered here are ours, or our tutors', and nobody else's.

We name boards and examinations for one reason: to tell you accurately what a tutor teaches or what a syllabus covers. There is no way to say “this course follows the CBSE Class 10 Mathematics syllabus” without naming CBSE.

Every such use is descriptive and referential. We use these names only to identify the board or examination itself, never as our own brand, never in our logo or product names, and never in a way meant to suggest that a board endorses us.

All board names, examination names, abbreviations, emblems, crests, logos and other marks referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners: the relevant board, council, commission, institute, department or authority. Nothing on this site transfers, licenses or grants any right in them, and no use here should be read as a claim of ownership by LearnEra Academy.

You will not find any board's emblem, crest or official logo on LearnEra Academy. Where a board or examination needs a visual identity on this site, on a syllabus card for instance, we use a badge of our own design: the body's ordinary public abbreviation set in our own typeface, on our own colour, beside a generic category icon we created. These badges are our artwork. They are not reproductions of anyone's emblem and are not intended to resemble one.

We took this position deliberately rather than as an oversight. Many of the bodies listed here are government or statutory authorities whose emblems incorporate the State Emblem of India, the use of which is restricted by law. A disclaimer such as this page does not create permission to use those emblems, and we do not treat it as if it did.

If you represent a board, council, commission or examining body and believe anything on this site misuses your name or mark, or implies an association you have not granted, please contact us and tell us what you would like changed. We will review it promptly and, where your request is reasonable, act on it.
