No. Live classes run right inside LearnEra Academy, so there's no Zoom link to send around, no extra account to create, and no other company involved.

Is it free to get started?

There is no registration fee and no onboarding fee to create a workspace and start using LearnEra Academy. A standard platform fee of 12% applies to transactions processed through the platform, with GST on that platform fee as applicable and payment gateway charges billed separately.

Do I need to build my own curriculum from scratch?

No. LearnEra Academy comes with a curriculum scaffold covering CBSE, ICSE, ISC, every major state board, and common competitive exams. You attach your batches to it and start tracking coverage immediately.

What does the performance report show?

After every test, LearnEra Academy scores each chapter and topic on its own, not just an overall grade. Weak topics are flagged automatically, so a student, tutor, or parent can see exactly what needs work next, and the report updates itself as more tests happen, no manual tracking required.

Is this just an AI tool, or does it actually cover the basics?

LearnEra Academy is the operating system for tuition and coaching. The AI features, such as the study tools, question paper generator and tutor, are grounded in the same chapter by chapter syllabus your students are taught from. The basics come first, and the AI builds on top of them.

I'm a single tutor, not an institute, is this still for me?

Yes. Independent tutors get the same live classes, homework, tests, and syllabus tracking, just without the staff roles and multi-branch tools built for larger institutes.

Can a student browse and find a tutor without signing up for a workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes, students can create a free account just to browse the syllabus and search for a tutor by board, grade, subject, price, and rating. Nothing is created inside any tutor's workspace until the student actually joins a batch.

Can parents see their child's progress?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the parent chooses to. A parent gets their own login, and nothing about a child is visible until the parent explicitly grants consent from their own account. It's never turned on by default.

What does the 12% platform fee cover, and are there other charges?

There is no registration fee and no onboarding fee. LearnEra Academy charges a standard platform fee of 12% on transactions processed through the platform. GST applies to that platform fee as required by law and is not LearnEra Academy revenue. Payment gateway charges are billed separately as applicable.

Individual tutors and coaching institutions use the same core LearnEra Academy platform, and standard commercial terms apply. Large or operationally complex institutions can discuss separately negotiated enterprise terms with our team.

Are offline and hybrid classes supported?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An institute that teaches entirely in a physical classroom can still use LearnEra Academy for fees, admissions, attendance, batches, assignments, tests, syllabus tracking and parent visibility. You can run some batches online and some offline, and the records work the same way for both.

How is attendance recorded?

Accepted Answer

Online attendance can be recorded automatically when a student joins a supported live class. Offline attendance can be recorded by an authorised teacher or staff member from the LearnEra Academy workspace.

How does paid class access work?

Accepted Answer

For paid classes and courses operated through LearnEra Academy, the applicable fee is paid through the platform before paid access is activated. Once a payment is confirmed, the fee record updates and access to the relevant paid class is activated, unless a separate enterprise arrangement provides otherwise.

Which AI features are available today, and which are being developed?

Objective tests can be auto-scored today, and performance reports break results down chapter by chapter. More advanced AI-assisted work, such as evaluation of subjective tests and assignments and AI-assisted revision recommendations, is being developed and is not fully live yet. We label AI features by their real status rather than presenting planned work as available now.

How do refunds work?

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and are handled together with our payment gateway partner. Refund eligibility for the tuition itself is set by the tutor or institution, within that policy and applicable law.
