LearnEra Academy

Run your tuition your way

For individual tutors

Start with one student. Use the same platform as you grow.

You do not need a coaching business, a website or an existing batch to begin. If you are teaching a single student out of your home, LearnEra Academy gives you a place to hold that class, track that fee and keep that record, on the same system you would use for ten students or a hundred.

As you take on more students, the same account holds them. Group them into batches when it makes sense, add classes and tests as your teaching grows, and the records you already built keep going with you. Nothing about starting small locks you out of growing later.

Everything a tutor deals with day to day

One account covers the parts of tutoring that normally live in separate notebooks, spreadsheets and chat threads.

Students and batches

Add students one at a time or group them into batches by grade, subject or board. Move a student between batches as their needs change.

Fees and receipts

Set a fee structure per student or per batch, track what is due and what has been paid, and keep a running record without a separate ledger.

Attendance and class access

Mark attendance for every class and control who can join, so access reflects who is actually enrolled and paid up.

Assignments and tests

Set homework, run tests, and record scores against each student, with results that build into their academic record over time.

Syllabus and pace

Work chapter by chapter against the board syllabus, and see how far each batch has progressed against what is left to cover.

Progress and records

Every test, every chapter and every attendance mark feeds a record for each student, so you are not rebuilding history from memory before a parent meeting.

Payment and class access stay in step

For courses managed through LearnEra, applicable fees are paid through the platform before paid class access is activated. Once a student's payment is confirmed, LearnEra updates their fee record and turns on access to the relevant paid class automatically.

That means you are not separately chasing a payment and then remembering to unlock a class by hand, and a student is not sitting in a class their fee does not cover. The two stay linked, so your records reflect who has actually paid at any given time.

Guardians can see progress

Parents and guardians get visibility into attendance, test scores and syllabus progress for their child, without you having to type up a separate update after every class.

It also means fewer calls asking whether a fee has gone through or whether this week's class has been paid for. The record is there for them to check.

What it costs

No registration fee, no onboarding fee

There is no charge to register as a tutor and no onboarding fee to set up your account. LearnEra takes a standard platform fee of 12% on transactions processed through the platform. Large institutions with different needs can discuss enterprise terms separately.

Built around how tutors actually teach

Tuition in India runs on relationships built one student at a time, often starting at a kitchen table before it ever becomes a batch. LearnEra Academy is built to follow that path rather than assume you have already arrived at it. Classes, assignments and tests sit alongside CBSE, ICSE, ISC and state board syllabuses, so your teaching pace can be checked against what a board actually expects at each stage.

Assessment support that reads a student's answer and helps with grading is being developed and is not available yet. What is available today is everything around it: the roster, the fees, the attendance, the syllabus tracking and the records that a tutor needs regardless of how that assessment work eventually gets done.
